TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing or purchasing from Arewa Kasuwa Hub, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All products listed are subject to availability. Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions. Customers agree to provide accurate information during checkout. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation of orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services. Estimated delivery time within Nigeria is 2–7 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, force majeure, or incorrect customer details. Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipment has been processed.

NO REFUND & NO RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We operate a strict No Refund and No Return policy except in cases where the wrong item was delivered or the item is significantly damaged upon delivery. Customers must report eligible complaints within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos). Refund approvals, where applicable, are solely at management discretion.

PREORDER & INTERNATIONAL SOURCING TERMS

Preorder items and internationally sourced goods require full upfront payment. Delivery timelines for international sourcing may range between 10–15 business days (via Flight) and 50–60 business days (via Ship), depending on supplier and customs processing. Customers acknowledge and accept potential delays due to international logistics or regulatory inspections. Preorder payments are non-refundable once supplier procurement has commenced

LEGAL COMPLIANCE (NIGERIA JURISDICTION)

These policies are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from transactions with Arewa Kasuwa Hub shall be resolved under Nigerian law and subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria. We comply with applicable consumer protection, tax, and commercial regulations within Nigeria.

DATA PROTECTION & CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), customers have the right to:
